As you all know the 2011- 2012 school year is officially in session! This year Adventureland teachers consist of Ms. Jane, Ms. Aisha, and Ms. Monique. We are happy to embrace the newcomers as well as the returning students! There are many great activities, field trips, and learning experiences we have in store for our students. During the school year, we expect parents to see great improvements in your child’s overall development! Learning is so much fun and we will share great memories and moments this year together. As teachers our main goal is to continue to steer our students on the road to independence. Therefore, parents it is important to communicate openly with us teachers and maintain consistent home and school routines. REPETITION. REPETITION. REPETITION! Take advantage of our great class website where we will be posting lesson plans, newsletters, pictures, and important announcements. Also please check your parent files for daily communication sheets, homework assignments, field trip permission slips and so forth! We highly encourage the parents to network and communicate also amongst one another! Get to know each other and even schedule play dates with your children. ! We look forward to an exciting 2011- 2012 school year.
